Last year, the Korean luxury cafe opened its first branch at Three Central, Valero Street, Makati City. Now they’ve opened another branch at the ground floor of the Mindanao Lobby Entrance of Trinoma Mall.

This was created by FTAY Group Company, consists of friends from military school, Shirley Vy (CEO and President of Foodeology, Inc., the head franchisee in the Philippines) came up with the concept “foodeology” to recreate a popular coffee cake into a new masterpiece. Known for long queues in its 14 branches all over South Korea, the brand has global franchise across Malaysia, China, Canada, Philippines and soon open in Paris.

Kiss the Tiramisu’s Classic Tiramisu Ice Cream is a thick, melts-in-your-mouth smooth layers of soft served made with full milk mixed with generous servings of coffee crumble, butter cookies topped with dark chocolate shavings and mascarpone cheese. This harmonious symphony of balanced sweetness and saltiness can be taken home as they are served in gold-rimmed acrylic goblet that customers can take out as souvenirs and reused.

Creating unique flavors un every country it goes to Chef Kat Diploma crafted one for the Philippines called “Midas Touch” soft-served with leche flan and ube cake bits, layers of crushed barquillos, topped with caramel sauce and the highlight a edible and ureal 24K gold sheet. Don’t worry the gold sheet doesn’t taste anything 😅 But certainly pretty to look at 😍

Midas Touch
Other Instagrammable Ice Cream include Matcha Tiramisu Ice Cream - a concoction inspired by Western and Eastern flavors, instead of coffee they used matcha sauce with matcha powder on top.

The Injeolmi Tiramisu Ice Cream is made up if sticky rice cakes dusted with roasted soy bean powder. Certainly reminiscent of Korean dessert of injeolmi chunks.

For the holidays, Kiss the Tiramisu offers specialty Christmas Cakes namely Oreo Mousse Cake and Peach Cheesecake. I enjoyed their Oreo version, not too sweet and had Oreo cookie chunks and layer.

The cafe also offers fresh roasted coffees or the dessert/coffee fusions such as Tiramisu Affogato, Kissing Coffee and Cheese Cream Latte to name a few. Their coffee blend is bold and less acidic. Most of their drinks offer hot and cold options too. It is a nice experience most especially being able to bring home the goblet for every order of Kiss the Tiramisu ice cream. Plus the whole place looked really homey with classic interiors.
