Experienced restauranteurs in Israel dynamic husband and wife, Chef Or Hakmimi and Restaurant Manager, Tair decided to bring to Manila their craft.
Chef Or also mentioned it was challenging to find quality ingredients that are fairly affordable, since our country tends to a more expensive prices when it comes to produce. He certainly didn’t want to make his homegrown recipes differ its quality.

Chef Or in action. |
Cauliflower (Php 350) Deep fried cauliflower mixed in caesar aioli sauce. A healthy delight! What I like about their way of cooking is they make boring veggies more flavorful and tastier.
Lamb Baklava (Php 460) We are used to the sweet or dessert like serving of this dish. But Chef Or said it can also have a savory taste to it. He used lamb bits topped with Sesame Dressing and Raspberry Sauce. An interesting taste cause it compliments the taste not overpower one another.
To cap off our meal we had Knafe (Php 390), made out of shredded phyllo pastry, white cheese (found in the middle) and butter topped with vanilla ice cream. It wasn’t too sweet but the different textures played well in my mouth.
We also got to try their cocktails: Noor and Cuban Beehive. They used local ingredients and well love liquor - which they’ve made a blend of their own. I personally like the Cuban Beehive cause it was sour yet sweet a good combination of flavors.
I have to admit their prices were a bit pricey but for the experience and quality of food, I don't mind coming back again and trying their other dishes. I look forward to visit their restaurant in the evening since it has a different vibe from their lunch and afternoon a
