Chateaubriand Restaurant named after Francois-Rene de Chateaubriand, a 19th century statesman and author during Louis XVIII reign was a well-known leader in the Romantics. In 1882, a chef named Mintmireil created a steak dish named after the Politicians.
When you walking through the pathway before entering the restaurant's vicinity. Wooden panels were used as its main material which gave a sophisticated exterior. They also have a stage outside for future live performances.
The whole place can accommodate 190 pax for first floor and another 190 pax on the second floor that comes with teppanyaki set up. They also have two function rooms that can fit 10-40 individuals. As for their bar area, it can fit 10 to 16 people. Perfect for this coming holiday season, if you are looking to celebrate with family, friends or your workmates. Tis' the season to be full and merry!
Their venue can surely hold a lot of people and their rates aren't cheap but it was an experience for sure. It was fun having the meats served in front of you and you get to choose what you want. You can also, request the doneness level of the beef churrasco. After the second round I was surely full from all the dishes available that evening.
Also appreciated that they have also secured parking slots along the main road.

In Brazil, churrasco southern is barbecue (similar to Argentina, Paraguayan, Chilean and Uruguayan asado) using variety of meats, sausages, chicken and pork cooked on a churrasqueira or barbecue grill with supports for spits or skewer.
Meat is alternative cooked on large metal or wood skewers resting on a support or stuck into the ground and roasted with embers of charcoal.
From chicken to beef skewers were coming out of the kitchen hot and ready to eat. I believe that some of their meats need some improvement like the tenderness and blend of spices they used. I really like the following among all the meats we tried that evening: Picanha (their signature meat) and Fraldinha (flana steak).

Besides their churrasco choices, they also over different kinds of cold cuts, cheeses, tempura dishes, salad and Japanese maki and sushi. They constantly improve on their menu mentioned by their marketing team. Since they just opened a few months ago they are very open to feedback which is a plus for me most especially their rates are a bit pricey.
