Lately I have been constantly craving for XLB and I was really excited they have it on their menu. Here are the other dishes we got to try:
![]() |
Xiao Long Bao (10 pieces / Php 285) |
Not 4, not 6 but 10 pieces of Xiao Long Bao. Take me to XLB heave and it was light was steamed to perfection.
![]() |
Hakaw (4 pieces / Php 155) |
They used huge shrimps to make their hakaw. Despite its simplicity, I like how succulent it was.
![]() |
String Beans with Minced Pork (Php 215) |
A simple dish of pork and string beans that is one of my top favorite dishes that evening. It was packed with flavors. Not a boring dish for sure for it was salty and a little spicy. I love it.
![]() |
Stirfry Broccoli (Php 165) |
Lightly stirred fried broccoli garnished with toasted garlic bits. Could use a little more flavor or seasoning but I still appreciate how fresh it was.
![]() |
Braised Beef Noodle Soup (Php 310) |
Good for sharing and with the right hint of spice this dish certainly stood out. Tender beef pieces on top of spicy soup and noodles.
![]() |
Spicy Spareribs (Php 390) |
It was ok, your run of the mile fried spareribs. I only had one piece and just my luck it was mostly bone.
![]() |
Fried Rice with Shrimp, Pork and Egg (Php 160) |
I’m a fan of mixed rice more than plain rice. This one can already be a meal on its own. Balanced flavors even though it had a lot of ingredients in it.
![]() |
Pepper Shrimps (Php 475) |
Shi Lin's newest addition to their menu. Deep fried shrimp with a hint of spicy on topped of shoestring potatoes. You can eat the whole thing as per the chef. I didn't eat the head though just the tail.
![]() |
Choco Nutella Dumplings (6 pieces, Php 165) |
Eat it while its hot. Pop it in your mouth and enjoy the warm Nutella.
