Sunday Brunch Buffet at Mimi & Bros

Sunday Brunch Buffet at Mimi & Bros
There's a new place to spend family day in Bonifacio City. Mimi & Bros is located at Crossroad, BGC near MC Home Depot. Opened March 8, 2018, it is the brainchild of two loving brothers who wanted their youngest sister to have fun amidst her high-powered job. Erik Tan and his brother are party-loving siblings who started this restaurant for their younger sister Mica Tan aka Mimi, who is the CEO of MFT Group. They wanted her to have a place to hangout and chill after a hard day's work.

They opened their restaurant where Gram's Diner used to be and was their go-to hangout before it closed down. When they saw that it's up for rent they grabbed the opportunity to open this LA inspired al fresco resto bar. Walls and ceiling covered with leafy vines to make the whole place homey for everyone to let loose and unwind.

Infamous Mimi's Fried Chicken

Chef Ed Bugia helped create their signature dishes for Mimi & Bros. Now they are offering Brunch Buffet every Sunday from 10AM to 2PM. For Php 599, you'll get unlimited drinks, selected dishes from their menu and along with some breakfast favorites.

Enjoy champorado, french toast, waffle, breakfast sausage and scrambled eggs. They also serve Mimi's Fried Chicken, Truffle Mushroom Creamy Pasta and lechon.

Brunch of champions. 🤣 Came back for another round of it with seasoned rice.

Unlimited coffee, iced tea and mimosa.

I had to try every food they offer and of course their fried chicken. I came around 12pm but most of the food I ate wasn't as warm. Their chicken was still crispy though even though it wasn't fresh out of the fryer. As soon as they replenished the buffet trays I had another round of some dishes. It makes a difference when it is still hot. You can request the server to warm it for you since there's an oven toasted behind the buffet table.

I liked their creamy desserts, like mascarpone topped with corn flakes or fruit loops.

I would like to commend our server IC for being attentive all throughout our stay. You're the man! Thank you for making our visit memorable.
