Olivia & Co. at Uptown Mall

Olivia & Co. at Uptown Mall
A perfect travel-themed restaurant from Singapore, Olivia & Co., a modern bistro of world cuisine opened at Uptown Mall, BGC, Taguig to cater to urbanite families and students. Named after the first wife of Sir Stamford Raffles, Olivia loves to travel. Since childhood, she would visits or ports; gets a chance to meet different people, language and cultures and especially taste food that captivate her. Her motto "Home had to be bigger than one with a roof". Brought her to different countries - tasting Mediterranean cuisines, a gentle balance of the oriental food with deep spices of Indian Cuisine.

Trevor Bishop, General Manager of Olivia & Co. in Singapore, says that the newly opened modern bistro offer a menu of Asian flavors with beverages superfood juices and fancy milkshakes.

Before watching a movie, I had late lunch with a good friend of mine at Olivia & Co. She recommended this place cause she tried it when it opened last year. I was also curious with what dishes they offered since looking from the outside it seemed so cozy and welcoming. Once we entered the tita side in me was glad with how pretty the interiors were, it tastefully place plants around the establishment with wooden furnishing for shelves, chairs and table. The area was divided into two one for coffee or merienda since were leather seats and smaller tables then the other section for dining with bigger tables and wider space.

We ordered a couple of dishes and just shared it.
Carbonara Pasta (Php 345)

Rich and luscious carbonara sauce with melted cheese on top. I died and went to heaven. I love creamy sauces and it was cheesy too. It would have been perfect with a glass of wine.

Latte Large (Php 130)

My friend said she ordered a cup of coffee with cat design on it. I think it was for cappuccino since it had more foam. It wasn’t advisable for latte but they still made it work. I love that I just asked about it and they wanted to try it out for me. Love you guys for that 🧡
Pulled Pork Burger (Php 305) with Cajun fries (Php 85)
Their burger was stuffed with meat that’s for sure plus their bun was buttered so it was extra tasty. I sweet and smokey sauce made the burger flavorsome. My friend upgraded our fries to Cajun fries cause she liked the light spicy flavor of their flavoring.
Olivia's Carrot Cake (Php 155)
Soft and fluffy carrot cake with silky cream cheese filling. It was really delicious. I had it for take out and ate it the next day it was still moist which was a plus for me.

OVERALL: They had a chic ambiance that was just picture perfect. You can bring your family and friends here since they food were delicious and worth the money. I still dream of their carrot cake. You just have to try it. The staff were really friendly and accommodating they all had smiles on their faces. Plus the fact they made the cat foam happened, they’ve done an extra mile for a task that wasn’t part of their service.
