Craving for delicious Fusion Sushi, try 81 SeiHai Sushi Lounge located on the ground floor of President Tower which is along Timog Avenue, Quezon City open from 10AM to 2AM. SeiHai means "holy grail" boasts of authentic Japanese cuisine evolving from traditional and modern elements, from edo style to fusion sushi with appetizers like Salmon Sakai and Wakame Salad. Crowd favorites and served like Teppanyaki in chicken, beef and ika with sizzling vegetables and rice, rice toppings, bento box menu and special maki menu and sashimi specials.
Last April 13, 2018, they invited their friends from media, press and family members to an intimate gathering showcasing what 81 SeiHai has to offer. Great food, good music and warm hospitality from it's staff. It was an afternoon of performance from talented artists such as Mitoy Yonting and Jed Madela. It was an overflowing of drinks and sushi as Chef Ronnie made us try their highlighted dishes on their menu.

I really had a wonderful time at their event. I get to enjoy their delicious dishes. So happy that there is a Japanese restaurant in Quezon City that offers great Japanese food that are both artistic and palate satisfying. They will be open to the public starting tomorrow April 20, 2018. If you are in the area, drop by and I highly recommend that you seat at the sushi bar. You'll get to watch how Chef Ronnie do his magic.
