It's a Viva Tijuana night at Waterside, Solaire.

Indulgence is the feeling you get when you enter Solaire Casino and Resort. Slot machine music vibrate in every wall of the casino and players enjoying their time at the poker tables. Besides the grand casino and luxurious hotel rooms; it is also know for its dining in-house signature restaurants offering gourmet experience for food enthusiasts like me. Restaurants that even delight the most difficult palates to please.

Unique metal dotted wall art with of Mexican theme designs.

Intimately designed bar and buffet spread.

One such culinary scene is the Waterside where they offer authentic all time favorites Mexican cuisine with elegant dishes with a twist that have captured hearts around world. Every Saturday for the month of March, Waterside at Solaire is having their Viva Tijuana night.

An amazing buffet spread of Tex-Mex dishes you can help but go back for more. From different kinds of quesadillas to Mexican grilled meats that have that muy caliente flavors. You’ll see each dish was meticulously thought off while giving a wide array of delectable options. There’s a live band playing in the background giving the environment a more energetic vibe.

Team who'll gladly serve you some juicy meaty goodness.

Crispy fish and ribs slathered in Habanero and Tamarind Sauce.

Just look at that gorgeous slow-smoked Texas style brisket.

Build your own nachos with 2 sauces and topping to add to it.

Empanada section with 3 savory flavors.

Or how about their spicy quesadillas? You'll get three kinds of it. I particularly liked the Cajun grilled chicken.

How about create your own tamales? Using their freshly baked masa mix then topped with fillings like Salsa Mexican, Mango Salsa, Calamansi Sour Cream, Guacamole and more.

Heavenly desserts that were available (Top to Bottom) Key Lime Tart, Pineapple Flan, Dulce de Leche cheesecake and Mini pound cake trifle, just to name a few.

My favorite was their Tres Leche. Smooth and creamy not overly sweet sponge cake soaked in a three milk mix. The texture was cheesecake so it wasn't overpowering to the tastebuds.

I also have to commend their drinks list too. They offer sangria, wines and cocktails that will certainly make your night memorable.

Remember! Viva Tijuana is available this March 17, 24 and 3.

OVERALL: A time well-spent at Viva Tijuana. I was able to try most of dishes and the various tastes of spices and flavors they've concocted was certainly titillating and exciting. From the floral smell of the establishment to the mouthwatering food, I couldn't help but wonder what they'll think of next. I highly recommend that you bring your family and friends to catch this gratifying spread.
