Single Origin (Greenbelt 3, Makati)

For coffee lovers and coffee enthusiast, Single Origin is coffee beans grown and harvested in the same country or geographic origin. You can choose in their wide range of coffee beans from mild to bold and from different countries. Single Origin opened last December 2017 and it's their third branch in Metro Manila. They have one in Bonifacio Highstreet and in Rockwell.

They offer scrumptious dishes anytime of the day. They also serve all day breakfast great for those who enjoy breakfast meals. So if you are looking for a place to eat they open at 7am.

Breakfast Sausage & Egg with Waffles (Php 395) sweet and savory dish. Their waffle was soft and with Vermont maple syrup, yum!

Breakfast Pizza (Php 350) flatbread with quail egg & bacon need I say more.

Aussie (Php 695) Is a breakfast, lunch or dinner of champions. Tender short ribs with sunny side up egg, grilled bell pepper, caramelized onion and baked beans with salad.

Reuben (Php 350) *New* They did not disappoint on huge slices of meat. Really filling with its sauce just perfection. For their potato chips, tip: just add salt according to your taste. It might be too light for some.

Pasta Negra Fruitti de Mare (Php 450) *New* pasta cooked al dente with squid ink sauce that was flavorful and fresh. It also had clams, shrimp plus 2 slices of baguette. I tried this also the last time I went to their Rockwell branch. I liked how the seafood was perfectly cooked.

Salted Caramel Choco a la Mode (Php 350) french toast  drizzled with salted caramel sauce and topped with vanilla ice cream. My favorite sweet dish!

Mango Caramel Grand Marnier (Php 250) *New* Waffle topped with ripe mango, vanilla ice cream and drizzled with Gran Marnier sauce.

DRINKS All their coffee brews are specialty coffees that uses various extraction methods and process. Some of their blends are to acidic for my taste but I highly recommend their Flat White (Php 160). I was able to try that when I visited their branch in Rockwell. It was rich and creamy. Just the way I like it.

Sowden (Php 220) is an extraction process that uses a super fine filter that came from Germany. No bits or pieces found in your coffee.

Gibraltar (Php 150) espresso shot that was poured in a rock glass.

Salted Caramel Latte (Php 165 - 8oz Hot / Php 185 - 16oz Iced)

Orange Infused Cappuccino (Php 185)

Diamond Hill Shiraz Merlot (Php 210 Glass)

They also have a Cheese Platter that goes perfectly with wine.

Dishes are somewhat pricey but if you are willing to splurge I highly recommend their pasta and coffees.

This branch offers unlimited wine promos and happy hour from 4pm-8pm.
